Mortgage repayment calculator

Enter a loan amount, an annual interest rate and a tenure. Try different rates to understand how the illustration changes. No live bank rates or approval limits are supplied.

Enter your assumptions to see an illustration.

Method: a standard fully amortising loan with equal monthly payments and a constant annual nominal rate divided by 12. Total interest is the unrounded monthly payment × number of months − principal. Fees, rate resets, insurance, day-count differences, bank-specific rounding and eligibility assessments are excluded. The 50-year input ceiling is a tool limit, not a permitted loan tenure or lending offer.

Sale-proceeds planning worksheet

Subtract amounts you enter to organise a possible sale. Obtain the housing-loan and CPF figures from the relevant official statements; this worksheet does not determine them.

Enter all amounts, including zero where appropriate.

This is not a legal CPF-refund or cash-top-up calculator. A negative worksheet balance means the entered figures need reconciliation—not necessarily that you must top up that amount in cash. CPF refund rules, market-value sale provisions, ownership shares, charges, taxes and transaction circumstances can change the actual treatment. Deposits already received are part of the price, not additional proceeds. Obtain a proper completion statement before relying on an amount.
